Management and Governance
The management and activities of the IDEAL Collaboration are carried out via a small, yet dedicated team let by Interim Chair: Mr Hani J Marcus PhD FRCS, Consultant Neurosurgeon, National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery, UCL Queen Square Institute of Neurology. The IDEAL Council oversees the overall activities and governance of the Collaboration.
